Salary: £39000 to 42000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 37 hours per week

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the salon
Manage and supervise beauty therapists, hairdressers, and reception staff
Handle customer bookings, feedback, and service quality
Plan rotas, conduct training, and monitor staff performance
Maintain client records and ensure salon hygiene and safety compliance
Carry out or supervise treatments when necessary
Manage product inventory and supplier orders
Handle sales reports and basic financial record-keeping
✅ Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a salon supervisory or managerial role
Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in hairdressing or beauty therapy preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of multicultural beauty services and customer care
Familiarity with booking systems and inventory control
Right to work in the UK or eligible for visa sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route
🎯 Desirable Skills:
Experience with bridal makeup, Afro/Asian hair services
Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
Basic understanding of financial reporting
